Cookie Policy

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small files which are stored on a user's computer. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website, and can be accessed either by the web server or the client computer. This allows the server to deliver a page tailored to a particular user, or the page itself can contain some script which is aware of the data in the cookie and so is able to carry information from one visit to the website (or related site) to the next.

Why are cookies needed on My Parcel Delivery?

UCF EXPRESS now uses embedded ‘share’ buttons on its websites. These make it easy for visitors to bookmark and share content through their favourite social networks. When you click on one of these buttons, a cookie may be set by the service you have chosen to share content through. UCF EXPRESS does not control the use of these cookies and you should therefore check the relevant third party’s website for more information.

How to control and delete cookies

you go to the tools option at the top of your browser. It's the button marked Tools with a cog next to it :) When you hit the button, scroll down the options until you find Internet Options. On the General tab, there should be a section under the Home Page settings for the Browsing History. Click the delete button. This brings up another box that gives you the option of deleting a few things. For a thorough clean out, I suggest you delete the cookies and temporary internet files.
